For wireless network issues - i.e. network not connecting, download and install the intel wireless driver. Also, make sure that the wireless button light is on if you have one.
I have a Dell laptop with an intergrated web cam by Creative Technology and never had one bit of trouble with it until I used it to take a picture for my facebook profile. I don't know why that made a difference but ever since then I get a message that says to "PLUG IN A SUPPORTED WEBCAM" So far everything I have tried has failed to get the camera working again.
please I don't know why my hp wireless does not work well. it fails to conect because the indicator light which is suppose to turn blue remains red. I ttried to instal hp wireless assistant again but the following morning when I put on the cumputer , it fail to connect again. this is what it does everyday. plese help me rectify this.. Apart from this, the product is well. I recomend it to my friends. but this recent development is bad .
